3no Bathrooms (2no newly installed shower rooms and 1no bathroom with shower over bath)

Large Spacious Kitchen Diner with seating area and breakfast bar area complete with Large flat screen Television and Cocktail making station. 2no big fridge freezers for all your food and most importantly drinks!

Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, single oven and gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, breville sandwich maker and all associated crockery and cutlery for the whole group.

Theres a cute Neon lit Selfie Wall for photo taking opportunities too

Games Room with Pool Table, Darts Board, and Retro Arcade gaming Machine (street fighter)

Balcony leading down to enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and Hot tub (restricted hours are 9am - 8pm) Hot tub is locked off after this time.

Quiet hours must be observed, Garden is therefore out of bounds after 8pm and no loud music or shouting indoors (its cool to all come back for the after party and stay up chatting to the small hours but quiet chatting only, we must respect our neighbours please!) 

Great house for groups travelling together, families, friends, tourists, literally five minute walk to the principality stadium, castle and town centre with all the bars shops and restaurants

The space

We welcome respectful groups including sporting groups , hen parties and stag parties

We have four properties all next to each other so they can be hired individually or all together if your group is huge! We can accommodate groups of up to 75! Just ask!

Some weekends I am offering Sunday night for free (dates vary) so even if you can’t stay the Sunday night you can check out as late as you like (unlike the hotels who will be chucking you out early!)

The house is cosy, comfortable and spacious. I have tried to make it a relaxing homely place to come stay for a short break.

This house is perfect for up to 10 people as can sleep up to ten people in existing beds

However if your group is larger, we can accommodate extra people by utilising the Ikea sofa beds dotted around bedrooms and lounge.

These are designed for everyday use not occasional so are ‘nearly’ as comfy as the beds and for a short break can maximise the use of the space and allow groups of friends and families to stay in the one place!

Hot tub hours are between 10am and 8pm.

The house is situated in a nice residential area so respect must be given to the surrounding neighbours.

As such all guests must observe quiet times of between 9pm and 9am.

If music and loud voices can be heard from outside the house (and definitely in garden) this is unacceptable

Please we wish you to enjoy your stay but between these hours keep inside the house and music and chat volume levels down 😊 thank you 🙏

3 Huge Dormitory style bedrooms with mixture of bunk beds, single beds and king size beds sleeps 18 in proper beds, we also have an additional 2no sofa beds and 4 single mattresses kept under four of the bunk beds for a single futon style bed on the floor so sleeps 24 maximum

There are 4 shower/bath rooms and 4no wc's in this duplex apartment

If your group is larger we have the ground floor apartment sleeping up to 13 (at a push 10 is comfortable lol) this is completely self contained with own living room, bathroom and kitchen but is in the same house so you can all stay together!

We also now have the house next door live which sleeps 22 guests, this also has its own kitchen large diner and lounge area and games room plus garden with hot tub. we can cater for huge groups on tour!!! please get in touch if this is what you need!
